Club Active Scheme

Club active fits perfectly into our ethos as it is all about Clubs and KJO working together in partnership. The program focuses on development through recognising where a club is and what their members want to achieve. KJO act as a professional body offering advice and enhancement through our knowledge, understanding, experience and courses. Our level of support is based on Club Active membership levels. There are three of these: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Getting things running is easy.

Here are the steps:-

  1. Make contact and express an interest - either by email or phone;
  2. Audit tool issued - this is a web based tool where your members complete a questionnaire over a given period;
  3. Report produced – from point 2 a report is produced, this provides insight into the data collected;
  4. Meet with Team KJO - we come and meet you to discuss the results of your audit;
  5. KJO produce Development Assistance Plan – you’re appointed KJO contact will construct a plan of how KJO can assist with your development;
  6. You check this out and decide what you want to do - KJO also provide you with Bronze, Silver and Gold service level agreements;
  7. Agree your Club Active Membership Level with KJO and get started.
