Seniors
KJO provide a range of performance services for recreational and competitive athletes. The LTPD section is designed to provide coaching and support services to enhance both your enjoyment and success in paddlesport. Our performance team includes many BCU level 5 coaches, a life coach, nutritionists, physical therapists and a sport psychologist.

Masters
The LTPD masters section is for paddlers of all abilities who are looking for guidance in getting the most and the best out of their time on the water. The program range is specifically designed to take into account individual ability, motivation and social needs such as:
