Scotland

There is no doubt that Scotland is one of Britain’s premiere destinations for white water kayaking, offering a huge range of rivers including bedrock slabs, waterfalls, big volume, and technical gorges, its all there to experience. KJO operate in the Fort William area, otherwise known as the white water capital of the UK. With rainfall recorded here on an average of 250 days a year, it’s easy to see why.

Austria

We be based around Tirol is Austria’s white water capital. The Otz, The Inn and a dozen creeks are within an hours drive. Local runs include 'Tirol's biggest surf waves' on the Landeck Gorge, and the mighty Finstermunster Gorge. Further Park and play potential will be taken at Reid, Tractor Wave and Silz.

We will be paddling a large variety of grade 3/4(-5) rivers throughout the week; these will be selected in a way that provides the group with a progressive route to reaching and expanding their boundaries of performance.

Sometimes due unpredictable water levels we may have to alter our river selection or find alternative activity’s.
